Homeownership Rate at 66.3%

The Department of Commerce Census Bureau announced that the nation’s current homeownership rate is 66.3 percent. This is 0.6 percentage points lower than the third quarter of 2010 rate, which was 66.9 percent) and 0.4 percentage points higher than the rate last quarter (65.9 percent).
